Diamond Alchemy Empty
PostSubject: Diamond Alchemy   Diamond Alchemy I_icon_minitimeSat Mar 27, 2010 1:13 am

Abilities
Name: Carbon Manipulation
Requirements: Lexicon Carbonis
Training: N/A
Effects: Using his book of circles, Kuroda can manipulate carbon to the point of striping it from its bonding element and attach it to another.

Name: Geometry Renewal
Requirements: Carbon, Lexicon Carbonis
Training: N/A
Effects: By using Alchemy to heat and pressure the carbon, Kuroda can reshape the structure of the carbon and create industrial grade diamonds. (Making Gem-grade diamonds is comparable to making lead into gold. It could undermine the market and kill the value.)

Techniques
Name: Tetrodotoxin
Rank: S
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C.; Hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen available.
Effects: Allows Kuroda to create a highly fatal poison that can kill a person by disabling nerves or at the very least, leave them in a near-death state for days; zombie-like. The elements required to make it can quite easily be acquired from anywhere, aside from extreme environments. It is so potent that a very small amount introduces to the blood stream can be fatal.

Name: Diamond Knife
Rank: A
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Geometry Renewal, Lexicon C.
Effects: Allows the user to make a serrated blade of solid, industrial grade diamonds, which are stronger than steel. The hilt is about 6 inches long, while the blade part is 4 feet 6 inches.

Name:Carbon Undertaker
Rank: B
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Carbon, Lexicon C.
Effects: The user creates a path of Carbon to their desired target, depending on the available carbon, it can be anything from a straight path to an explosion in every direction.

Name: Eternal Prison
Rank: S
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Geometry Renewal, Lexicon C., Carbon Undertaker
Effects: The user makes use of their ability to convert carbon into diamonds, from there, them make the diamonds form a cage around the target made of industrial grade diamonds. The cage can vary in size, based mostly on the available carbon and user’s will,; yet is harder than steel.

Name: Phenol
Rank: A
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy; Carbon, oxygen, and Hydrogen, Lexicon C.
Effects: The user attaches, detaches, and moves the elements as necessary. From there, based on the available elements, the user makes the acid. It is highly caustic (can effectively melt steel) compound that requires careful handling.

Name: Napalm
Rank: S
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C.; Hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, sulfur, and nitrogen available.
Effects: By mixing the available elements, the user can create napalm, although it is mainly controlled by the carbon available. The Napalm can be directed at someone, although is a one shot deal, thus making it better against stationary targets. Otherwise, one would exhaust their resources.
Name: Carbon mesh
Rank: C
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C., Carbon
Effects: The user adds carbon to their clothing to greatly increase the tensile strength of the material. Athough it is somewhat flawed because a simple blunt force can shatter the fiber

Name: Diamond Damnation
Rank: SS
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C., Carbon, Geometry Renewal
Effects: The user coats themselves in carbon, they use the Geometry Renewal to reform it into diamonds, because it is industrial grade, color may vary. With the coating, a shield will spawn to match the sword. Their speed and strength will double as well as the power of their carbon techniques. The user can only handle this form for 5 posts before they go unconscious.

Name: Black Bears
Rank: A/S
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C., Carbon, Geometry Renewal(optional)
Effects: The user spawns two bears out of pure carbon, they can spam the enemy with carbon bears, or they can greatly reduce the number and make them into diamond bears. The Carbon bears can be spawned up to 5 times(x2 is 10 total), but the diamond bears can only number five.

Name: Glucose
Rank: C
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C.
Effects: A non-combatant move, it is built to create a simple sugar when food may not necessarily be forged.

Name:Protein
Rank: C
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C.
Effects: Much like glucose, it is a non-combatant move to create a simple protein when food is unavailable.

Name: Carbon fiber cuffs
Rank: S
Type: Alchemy
Other Requirements: Carbon Alchemy, Lexicon C., Carbon Undertaker
Effects: Once the carbon reaches the desired target, the user will close his hand into a fist. The carbon fibers will then rise up the foe and encase their feet in carbon for 2 posts. If the user holds their hand this way for 1 post, the carbon will creep up to their neck and hold the foe for 5 posts (not counting the 1 post charge time the user needs)

They all seem fine to me. The first technique if highly confusing though. And what do you mean by elements? Do you mean like the periodic table? If so, where are these elements coming from?

Yes elements like a periodic table. The thing is, those four elements are some of the most common on earth. Carbon is so ubiquitous, it could come from almost anywhere, water is practically everywhere as well, so adjusting the bonds covers hydrogen and oxygen. Nitrogen is one of the most abundant elements on earth, so it's no worry.
