State Alchemy Exam rules

When ever you decide you want to gain state endorsement, you can apply to be examined. Once the staff notices, the test will be administered. You must first, pass a written exam, a short essay of 200-300 words. Once you have passed that exam, by approval of 2 admins, you will have to pass a practical exam. Said exam is administered by an existing state alchemist and one mod, who both must pass you in this exam.
